Alexandria Muench, Psy.D. is a postdoctoral fellow in Behavioral Medicine within Cooper University Healthcare System since 2019. She completed her Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and predoctoral internship at Geisinger Medical Center.
Alexandria’s clinical and research interests lie broadly within behavioral medicine and health psychology. She has specialized clinical and research interests in sleep, fatigue and psycho-oncology and recently received research funding as a T32 fellow within the University of Pennsylvania’s Center for Sleep and Circadian Neurobiology to study the underlying behavioral mechanisms of insomnia and fatigue in breast and prostate cancer patients. She has presented at numerous national conferences across the country and is a member of the American Psychological Association Division 38 Society for Health Psychology, Society of Behavioral Medicine, Society of Behavioral Sleep Medicine and the American Academy of Sleep Medicine. Alexandria provides clinical services to patients in the inpatient and outpatient settings within Cooper University Health Care System.
